MYOTAS (My Own Time And Space) is a parent-led community organisation providing social, recreational, and wellbeing activities for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) across Essex. They offer safe, supportive spaces where young people can build confidence, friendships, and independence through inclusive activities and groups.
